Why THai Massage?
Thai Massage is a great complement to your Pilates workout and any individuals who exercise regularly. It is a massage modality that is over 2,500 years old, consisting of acupressure, massaging of energy lines, and yoga-like stretches. It will increase your flexibility, release tense muscles, increase your range of motion, promote circulation and improve your posture.
*Not recommended for clients with recent injuries/surgeries or chronic edema.
What to Wear: Loose comfortable clothing, preferably pants and a long sleeve shirt. Sessions are performed in the studio on a cushioned floor mat.
Jessica is a New York State Licensed Massage Therapist and a graduate of Swedish Institute College of Health Sciences specializing in Deep Tissue and Thai Massage. She has worked with private clients and spa clients with injuries, limited flexibility, and muscle tension.
